Just when you thought the applications could not get any better along comes Zipcar and we are all delighted to be the proud owners of our iPod or iPhone. It has been a long time in the waiting stages but the time has finally come for its official release, for those new to Zipcar all you need to know is its a well established popular car sharing company and you can access all the special features from the palm of your hand.

Zipcar users can actually see locations and available cars from their phone or iPod, the cars will be noticeable by little green pinks which the user can then select and view all the information about the specific car in question and even make reservations. Plus the best thing of all you do not have to worry about walking all the way back and collecting the key for your reservation as that device in your hand known as an iPhone will do that for you as well as some extra features like controlling the horn, but only from certain vehicles.

The features included are just the same as the ones in the website so you can literally do everything but being able to accomplish all that from your hand makes it a little bit more special. You can download Zipcar now for free from the Apple store so be sure to do it quick and never be stuck without a car again, if you are though, the application even has detailed directions, how perfect is that?!
