Training for a marathon? The maker of popular running training programs, Personal Running Trainer.com, recently released a new program for the marathon distance in the iTunes music store.
Like the other programs from Personal Running Trainer.com, the “16 Weeks to Marathon Training Program,” is in an audio format that is set to music with voice-over coaching instructions. Users download the training program to an iPod or other MP3 player and listen while they run.
