The storied issues concerning Apple and Samsung is nothing new and now it looks like the latter is broadening its legal coverage by reportedly filing a separate preliminary injunction which would block off the iPhone 4S in Italy and France.

iPhone 4S Coming in October

Posted by admin under iPhone News, iPhones on Tuesday Oct 4, 2011

As we speak, the Apple liveblogging is underway but surprisingly, there is one thing for sure, the iPhone 4S is set to launch on October 14.

The coming of the iPhone 4S was spilt into the web just recently, all thanks to someone in Japan where a site’s front page revealed the iPhone 4S and possibly a new iPod Nano as well. The price has been lowered to 10,800 from 13,800 YEN where the handset seems strikingly similar to the original iPhone 4.

While slight modifications and upgrades are to be expected from the iPhone 4S nothing definite has been announced just yet.
