Tapulous Makes $1M a Month! from App Store

Tapulous, the company behind the TapTap Revenge games, has announced that it clears a cool $1 million monthly from the App Store. That amount includes money from paid games, ads in games, and song purchases in its games.

TapTap Revenge is a music game and according to a study, the app is installed on one in three iPhones on the market now. The success of the company has allowed it to raise $2.8 million in financing.

Rumors are flying that Apple is seriously considering to unveil a $99 8GB iPhone 3GS to compete with Motorola’s Droid. People who would get the 8GB iPhone would still have the usual still camera as perhaps the main feature but the bottom-line is owning an iPhone for the Holidays. Not a bad idea for the ones who are falling short on budget when it comes to having the famed Apple device.
