Keep your Guitar skills in tune

Posted by elaine under iPhone Apps, iPhones, iPods on Thursday Sep 3, 2009

For the music lover, especially the guitar think how great it would be to take some lessons and brush up on your skills all with the touch of a button that can be found on your very own iPhone! Well now you can with the new application simply titled iPractice, a clever name that is more than worthy of its title.

iPractice is unlike any previous music learning application, this one is all about learning from the very beginning instead of appearing as if you already know a tune and starting in the middle like some before it, all you need is a guitar and your iPhone or iPod touch, if you are familiar with even basic sheet music it would help but overall it is not a must have. Then you are ready to go and it is just as simple as watching the screen and playing along.

Do not worry if you are a complete beginner to playing the guitar the screen will tell you exactly which finger to put on which string and so on, everything you need to know is on that screen and in your hand. You will hear everything from the beats to the backing cords on the particular track that you are playing which is great for staying in tune and knowing when to come in as you will be listening to the drummer keeping you in pace and the other backing sounds.

iPractice is especially designed for beginners/intermediate guitar players so really anyone can take advantage of it and learn or improve their skills, for a bargain price of $2.99 you can buy this great application which comes with 170 practice sheets, this is one application that any future rock god cant be without.
